The workshop brings together researchers, civil society organisations and activists to discuss the EU Green Deal and its extractive frontiers in Europe and beyond. We connect conceptual debates on green extractivism with critical analyses of EU climate policy (including the Critical Raw Materials Act) and studies of dissensus and resistance (social movements, legal mobilization). The day is designed for exchange, troubleshooting challenges in our work, and exploring future collaborations.
